Booking and Payment

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your event date and ensures our availability for your wedding.

  2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your event. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of our services.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Cancellation by You: If you decide to cancel our services for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:

    • Cancellation before 15 days of the event: 75% of the total payment will be refunded.
    • Cancellation between 4 and 14 days of the event: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
    • Cancellation 3 days or less before the event: No refund will be provided.
  2. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of all payments made.

  3. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances that may lead to changes in the event date or cancellation. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or make alternative arrangements.

Refund Process

  1. Request for Refund: All refund requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

  2. Refund Approval: Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the cancellation date and the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds will be approved according to the appropriate percentage indicated above.
